Introductory course - Summer special $15

Alexandra, co-founder of the studio, will guide you through your first steps in Pilates and answer all your questions. The The Essentials class is a perfect introduction to the Reformer. You will learn how to use the machine and master the basics of Pilates: breathing, posture, core engagement, and movement control.
