Full body Reformer class with progressive intensity.

New ERA offers a balanced approach to Pilates, combining strengthening, mobility, and stability for those who have already completed an introductory class.

  • Overall strength
  • Alignment
  • Control
  • Fluidity of movement

Perfect for building a regular practice and progressing with confidence.

Contrology - Movement with intention

All levels – Room temperature or warm class

The original Pilates method, deepened. Contrology is an intermediate-level class focused on control, precision, and intelligent alignment, designed for those who have already mastered the basics of the practice.

The sequences become more fluid and more demanding, with particular emphasis on coordination, strength, stability, and continuity of movement. Each exercise is performed with intention, breath, and mastery, working toward the following goals:

  • Refine control of the deep muscles
  • Improve joint mobility and stability
  • Strengthen posture and overall alignment
  • Correct imbalances linked to postural habits and compensations

This class is designed for practitioners looking to elevate their practice, develop greater body awareness, and build lasting strength, all while honoring the core principles of Pilates.

*Recommended after completing Level 1 classes or having prior experience with Pilates Reformer.
