Core & Control - Intermediate / Advanced
Warm or hot class
A powerful class focused on strengthening the core: deep abdominals, pelvis, and stabilizing muscles. The exercises are precise, controlled, and progressive, followed by deep stretches on the reformer and on the floor to balance strength and mobility. A physical and mental challenge for those who enjoy deep core training.
Sweatshirt - Intermediate

A dynamic and energizing workout offered in a heated gym. This class combines floor exercises, conditioning sequences, and occasional use of the Reformer to create an intense full-body workout focused on endurance, strength, and energy expenditure. Jumpboard - Intermediate / Advanced
Cold or lukewarm class
A low-impact cardio workout using the reformer's Jumpboard. Controlled jumps, pelvic stability, and core activation develop power, endurance, and coordination while protecting the joints. A dynamic and intelligent cardio workout that engages the entire body.
Pre & Post Natal Flow - Beginner
